That's the weigh to do it, girls; Slim into Summer : Final Week.
Now they can hit the beaches with confidence after passing our Slim Into Summer challenge.
Victoria MacKinnon, 31, Jacquie Burrows, 36, Fiona Aitken, 44, and Marie Bennett, 48, were all desperate to tone up and improve their figures in time for the holiday season.
So we set them the target of losing one and a half stones between them in less than a month.
The girls have been following the Scottish Slimmers Positive Eating Plan, which was explained in our Slim Into Summer magazine last month, which was packed with useful tips and fabulous recipes.
We guaranteed the girls would see a difference within four weeks.
And they knew the Sunday Mail and our two million readers would be watching, as we updated you each week on their progress.
Now, having ditched their bad habits in favour of a healthier regime, the girls are looking good and feeling great.
Of course, every woman is different. Each of our volunteers leads a busy work, home and social life.
But they have found the eating plan easy to fit around their day-to-day schedules. And they haven't had to give up the treats they love.
Our foursome are feeling good, especially since it's not just their waistlines that have changed. Their lifestyles - and even their husbands - have also altered for the better.
They're determined to stick with the new regime to keep them in trim and on top of the world.
