Textura Corporation (NYSE: TXTR) said it has named veteran construction technology leader Milton Walters to head its Australasia operations, Textura Australasia Pty Ltd., which offers the Textura-CPM payment management solution to construction industry participants across Australia.

As president, Walters will build on the operation's early successes in establishing Textura's market presence in Australia. He will drive both Textura Australasia's Asia-Pacific expansion and the rollout of additional Textura collaboration solutions to that region.
