Hotel Babylon (BBC1, 9pm)

Love is in the air at Hotel Babylon this week as Valentine's night approaches at the luxury five-star hotel.

The restaurant, however, has received a damning review from London's "make or break" restaurant critic, Alexander Crawfield, and head chef Adam Price's job is on the line.

But new PR woman Emily sees this as an opportunity to prove her worth by turning the situation to their advantage.

Horizon (BBC2, 9pm)

Last year, Professor Lesley Regan lifted the lid on the beauty industry.

Now she's back and is about to do the same to the food business.

Not everyone wears lipstick, but we all have to eat, and these days, the world and his wife are obsessed with organic produce. But what exactly does the word organic mean?

It might be surprising to learn that the great majority of road trips, which cause congestion in our towns and urban areas, usually span an easily walkable distance of two miles or less.

Kris Murrin uses her troubleshooting skills in an attempt to remedy this situation.

Her quest begins in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, a hotbed of car ownership in the country, where she hopes to persuade residents to leave their vehicles at home for the day.
