Terminal purchase.

A 12.7-acre fuel terminal development in North Little Rock is under new ownership after a $2.5 million deal.

HWRT Terminal-North Little Rock LLC of Alton, Ill., led by William Schrimpf, acquired the project at 2626 Central Airport Road.

The sale, by La Gloria Oil & Gas: Co. of Bellaire, Texas, was part of a larger deal that included fuel terminals in Norris City, Ill., and Seymour, Ind.

The property was part of a $5 million transaction in March 1990 with Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Co. of Houston.
