Tennis facility leases 53,000 square feet Uptown.

Helmsley-Spear, Inc. has announced the completion of a long-term lease with the new ownership of the Columbus Tennis Club for 53,000 square feet of space at Park West Village. Helmsley-Spear's Leonard and Berton Zucker, a brother-brother leasing team, negotiated on behalf of Park West Village.

The Columbus Tennis Club, located on Columbus Avenue between 97th and 100th Streets, features nine completely refinished HarTru courts which are newly equipped with night lighting. In addition, the Club, which is currently accepting membership applications, has a new clubhouse.

According to the Zuckers, recent activity in Park West Village has had a profound impact on the surrounding community.

The retail complex at Park West Village is located on Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues between 97th and 100th Streets.

The area features solid residential density and good foot traffic. Retail spaces are currently available ranging in size from 1,600 to 4,100 square feet.
