Tennis Stars Martina Navratilova and Mary Joe Fernandez Convene at ADT Women's Security Caucus During the Nasdaq-100 Open; National Security Experts, Law Enforcement Officials and Tennis Legends Come Together to Discuss the Changing Face of Safety Amid Nation's Heightened Security Concerns.

KEY BISCAYNE, Fla. -- In the setting of one of world's premier tennis tournaments, ADT Security Services, Inc., today will host an interactive panel discussion on women's security and safety issues during the Nasdaq-100 Open. ADT, a unit of Tyco Fire and Security Services , is the presenting sponsor of the 18th Nasdaq-100 Open, a 12-day combined ATP and Sanex WTA Tour event featuring the top men's and women's tennis players in the world.

The second in a series of community forums hosted by ADT to address women's security, the caucus discussion will focus on practical ways to raise safety awareness in the home, at the workplace, in the local community and while traveling. The all-star panel will feature local law enforcement officials, national and local security experts, tennis champions Martina Navratrilova and Mary Joe Fernandez, and renowned tennis columnist and tennis analyst, Bud Collins.

ADT also hosted a security caucus in conjunction with the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Tyco/ADT Championship in West Palm Beach, FL in November of 2001.

 will discuss the changing face of security in women's professional
 tennis and her own personal security concerns as a high-profile
 celebrity sports figure.
 -- Mary Joe Fernandez, winner of two Grand Slams and ESPN commentator,
 will address women's security while traveling and specific measures she
 has taken while on the road for her sport and as a commentator.
 -- Lt. John Buhrmaster, Commander of the Violent Crimes Investigation Unit
 of the Miami Police Department, will discuss security at a community
 level and how a united community vision can help build confidence and
 safer neighborhoods.
 -- Jamie Rosand, Vice President of Commercial Sales and Marketing of ADT
 Security Services, will address the security issues faced in the
 workplace. Rosand will specifically address what kind of security to
 expect from your employer and how to take action if there are not
 security practices or policies already in place.
 -- Paul Viollis, Vice President of Security Services Group at Kroll
 Worldwide, will lend his expertise on counter terrorism security,
 private investigations and violence in the workplace.
 -- Bud Collins, legendary tennis columnist and analyst for NBC broadcasts,
 will comment on the changes and evolution of security throughout the
 recent history of the sport.
