Tenants, brokers arrive en masse at Campus View office complex.
Both prospective tenants and the real estate brokerage community attended the unique event to take advantage of the opportunity to tour the fully-renovated Office spaces currently available at the three-story building, according to Larken Associates, developer/owner/manager of Campus View Plaza.
Two lucky attendees--John H. Adams, President of Caldwell Banker Commercial and Lawrence Dickstein, President of Dickstein Real Estate Services--won a special raffle and received American Express Gift certificates.
"The open house proved to be the perfect method to display the considerable renovations and improvements which have taken place at Campus View Plaza," says Ray Wilier, a broker/salesperson of Raider Realty, exclusive broker for Larken Associates.
"Most of the attendees were extremely impressed by what they saw. As a result, we've seen a significant rise in the interest in the available Office spaces over the past few weeks."
