Tenant takes two floors.

Park Row Realty, L.P. has announced the completion of a long-term lease for two full floors at 15 Park Row, the historic City Hail District tower that was once the world's tallest building. Stenotype Academy Inc., an accredited college for stenography and paralegal training, has signed for 27,500 square-feet of space on the building's third and fourth floors.

Robert M. Kligerman and George Grace, principals of Clifford Real Estate Services, Inc., served as broker and agent.

Broadway Management Company manages the tower.

Originally constructed in 1899 as a hotel, 15 Park Row's floorplate was designed to maximize the flow of light and air. The building rises 26 stories and includes 350,000 square-feet of office and retail space.
