Tenant renews with Morris Companies.

Time Module has renewed 2,160 square feet of space for another two years at The Morris Companies, Mahwah office building at 575 Corporate Drive. The announcement was made by Ron Schram, Sr. vice president of Marketing for The Morris Companies.

Time Module is an independent O.E.M. watch maker which manufactures watches for leading brands. The company uses its Mahwah office for sales, marketing and design as well as headquarters for its U.S. sales office. According to Peter Locker, general manager of Time Module, "We chose to renew our lease at Mahwah because of the building's strategic location and our excellent relationship with The Morris Companies." Other tenants of the Mahwah building include Federal Express, Seiko, and Ricoh.
