EastRidge Properties has announced that Aspect Telecommunications, Inc. has signed a lease renewal and expansion for 11,000 rentable square feet at 925 Westchester Avenue. Nine leases, totalling 73,000 square feet, have now been signed at EastRidge within the last quarter. Edward S. Gordon Co. serves as exclusive leasing agent to EastRidge Properties.

EastRidge Properties is a Westchester County portfolio of 18 office buildings that are located in four corporate parks including the White Plains Office Park, Westchester Corporate Park, Rockledge Center and Purchase Park. The $25 million investment in the corporate parks includes numerous building renovations and significant improvements in tenant amenities. A conference center with catering capabilities was recently opened to provide first-class tenant meeting space. Plans also include expanded restaurant services, new sundry shops, a health club and a new, free-standing day-care center to be constructed.

Extensive improvements to landscaping will be made to increase the beauty and accessibility of the parks. Over 1,700 trees will be added in addition to lawns, walking trails and picnic areas. Changes also include enhancements to parking areas and improved traffic configurations.
