Tenant expands at Canterbury Green.

Zurich Reinsurance has expanded its space by an additional 6,765 square feet at One Canterbury Green and has extended its lease into the 21st century.

Zurich Reinsurance relocated from Baltimore, Maryland, in January of 1990. The new lease, which expires in April of 2000 comprises a total of 28,760 square feet.

David Crandall represented Canterbury Green on behalf of First Office Management. When Canterbury Green opened in May, 1987 it was the only multi-use building in a central business district between New York and Boston. The 330,000-square-foot complex has 217,500 square feet of Class A office space, 106 luxury apartments and 11,500 square feet of ground floor retail space.

Other tenants in the building include Coopers and Lybrand; Day, Berry and Howard; and US West Capital.
