Ten Killed, Three Missing in Plant Blast in China.

Beijing, Feb 21 (BNA) - Ten people were killed and three others remain missing after a blast jolted a steel plant in northeast China's Liaoning Province, said local authorities.

Seventeen people were injured in the accident that took place last night at a steel-casting workshop owned by Angang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. in the city of Anshan, according to a statement issued by the publicity department of the provincial committee of the Communist Party of China, China's (Xinhua) news agency reported.

Rescuers are searching for the missing people. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
