Telligent Names Randy Skinner as Chief Operating Officer.

Dallas, TX, October 21, 2011 --( Telligent today announced that Randy Skinner will join the company as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Skinner will be responsible for Telligent's customers' success by overseeing the departments accountable for client services, education, delivery and customer care. His experience will accelerate the scaling of Telligent's operations worldwide, as well as the capacity to extend the delivery of successful services engagements and excellent customer experiences. Skinner will report directly to Telligent's CEO Patrick Brandt.

Skinner joins Telligent after three years at Oracle, where he served as Regional Vice President of Consulting. In that role, he built and managed Oracle's consulting practice for the insurance global business unit, which represents more than a thousand customers including the top global insurance companies in the world. Skinner has also managed professional services for Oracle's North American financial services consulting business. Prior to Oracle, Skinner was Chief Operating Officer at Skywire Software and Senior Vice President of Consulting at Docucorp International.
