Nominations are wanted in the following categories: * Champion Child of Courage, sponsored by Northumbrian Water; * Champion Volunteer/Charity Worker, sponsored by the University of Teesside; * Outstanding Act of Bravery, sponsored by Cleveland Police; * Young Community Champion, sponsored by Middlesbrough College; * Community Champion award, sponsored by Johnson Matthey Catalyst; * Children's Champion award, sponsored by Stockton Borough Council; * Champion Carer, sponsored by Tristar Homes Limited; * Champion Teacher, * Champion Health Worker, * Champion Parent.We will publish the stories of as many nominees as possible and finalists will attend the awards ceremony on November 13 at the Thistle Hotel, Middlesbrough.
