Telenor reiterates commitment of transparency with new tagline.
The new tagline reflects customers trust earned over the years by Talkshawk with a brand commitment, enabling its subscribers to keep on using their favorite services with complete peace of mind.
At the re-launch ceremony here, Chief Marketing Officer,Telenor, Irfan Wahab Khan said the Company has always been at the forefront of innovating its services as per changing needs and priorities of its customers.
Researches, segmentation studies and focus group have just reinforced that Telenor enjoys an unmatched credibility when it comes to transparent communication and fair deduction against services in the industry and the new tagline emphasizes more on these distinguishing factors, he said.
He said cellular packages have grown in complexity over the years as operators have sought to differentiate themselves with a range of pricing options and packages, and as new data products have been added to the mix.
Irfan said product bundling has also resulted in multiple, complex and unclear products being presented to a customer from a billing perspective, adding that however, under the new tagline, Talkshawk will reinforce its approach towards clarity and transparency, reflecting exactly what is being offered i.e. not calling an offer free or unlimited if there are subscription charges or a limit to it respectively.
He also highlighted company's resolve to take communication services closer to citizens in rural areas of the country to accelerate socio-economic development.
Irfan mentioned company's knowledge-based initiative - Telenor Talkshawk Internet Champion - which alone trained over 632,000 students across Pakistan (including 273,000 in Punjab) on the use of internet.
