AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2006 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Police officers yesterday (16 May) arrested a teenager and charged him with disorderly conduct at Buffalo Niagara International Airport after he shouted "It's time to die" while ripping off and reaching into his backpack.

Officials said that the teenager and his father were outside the terminal before a scheduled flight to New York City and passers-by told airport police the teen was acting suspiciously, The Associated Press reported.

The teenager was arrested and he was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and also taken to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo for a psychiatric evaluation.
