Teen tan fad bad!

The tan is fading, so you're off to the tanning salon? Stop! We've told you tanning is bad, bad, bad. So why is tanning-bed use on the increase among girls 15 to 18? Over a third of U.S. teen girls admit to using tanning bads, um, sorry, beds. And health officials in Canada have discovered tanning salons serving customers as young as 8! Study after study has shown that soaking up UV rays, from the sun or from tanning beds, undoubtedly damages your dermis--your skin! Your body blanket. Your birthday suit. So keep it away from those rays. Instead, try a tan in a can--the spray stuff is perfectly safe.
