Teen knifed rival.

AT first, Rachel Wade's only crime was that of falling in love with the same man as Sarah Ludemann - the handsome Josh Camacho.

But by April 2009, Wade, then 19, and Ludemann, 18, had become involved in a year-long slanging match conducted by text message and on the internet.

Later that year, Ludemann made the fatal mistake of dragging their virtual squabbles into the real world, with very real consequences. Ready to settle the score over the dispute, Ludemann travelled to her love rival's home in Pinellas Park, Florida, to declare Camacho hers. A row ensued, Wade took out a knife and brutally stabbed Ludemann to death.

Brought before a court, she was eventually convicted of second degree murder and told that she will serve 20 years behind bars.
