Teen's order breach denied.

A TEENAGER was arrested after his ex-girlfriend complained to police that he wouldn't stay away from her.

Jack Field appeared at Kirklees Magistrates' Court in Huddersfield from custody.

He is accused of throwing a bra and extension cable at her while she was in the bath and was bailed with conditions not to contact her.

But she called police to complain that the 18-year-old had turned up at her home and banged on her door and windows.

He denied breaching his bail conditions and his solicitor Andy Day said that his ex had not given a formal statement to police.

Mr Day said: "He denies any contact whatsoever, having been to the address or banging on the door."

Magistrates found the breach not proved and released Field, of High Street in Thornhill, on the same bail conditions as previously.
