Teed up for top jobs.

GREENKEEPERS are battling it out for a top job at tycoon Donald Trump's planned resort.

About a dozen candidates from Scotland's best courses have met Trump's right-hand man George Sorial over the post.

Trump's company won approval for the development at Menie Estate, Aberdeenshire, in November.

It will feature two championship golf courses, as well as a 450-bed hotel and homes.

Sorial said: "We have had resumes from 40 or 50 people and I've met at least 12.

"It is clearly one of the most important positions."
