Tee Off With Tuna!

Here is a yummy salad on or off the green!
What you need:

1 can (6 1/2 ounces) tuna fish
in spring water, drained
2 tablespoons lowfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 small green bell pepper
Small bowl
Large spoon


What you do:

1. Ask a grownup to cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise and then remove the seeds.

2. Mix the tuna fish, the mayonnaise, the pickle relish, and the chopped celery together in a small bowl.

3. Fill each half of the bell pepper with the tuna fish mixture.

4. Put a small scoop of lowfat mayonnaise on top.

Tuna Fish is good for you!
