Teachers accuse BISE of nepotism.

LAKKI MARWAT -- Office bearers of all primary teachers association alleged that the authorities of BISE Bannu violated merit in appointing teachers as invigilators for supplementary examination of secondary school certificate.

Talking to journalists on Saturday, the association's president Haji Abdul Rahim and other office holders said that appointment of blue eyed teachers as exam supervisors was intolerable for the teachers' bodies.

They said that the bigwigs of educational board bypassed the list of teachers forwarded by local authorities of education department for matriculation supplementary examination.

"Such acts on part of board officials will harm/damage the sanctity of examination system," they maintained, making clear that Apta and other teachers' organizations will not tolerate appointment of blue eyed and dishonest teachers as invigilators for examinations.

They demanded of the government to take notice of violation of merit in appointment of exam invigilators.
