Teacher's jail 'gag'.

THE teacher jailed for using an air-gun to scare off yobs says she felt like a political prisoner.

Linda Walker spoke of "a conspiracy to keep me out of the way" to stop discussion of sensitive issues before an election.

She pointed to "anti- social behaviour, gun crime, householders' rights and women in jail".

Linda, 48, got six months and was freed on appeal after 38 days.

The special needs teacher, from Urmston, Greater Manchester, said: "When I needed help, the full force of the law came down on me. I felt I was being crucified."
