Tea is "Hot" Report.

According to the latest Tea is "Hot" Report, the demand for specialty tea in the U.S. has pushed sales levels to record heights. Published by Sage Group International, the new report reveals that many conventional tea offerings are experiencing flat or declining sales and battling cannibalizations from New Age drinks, while most specialty tea categories are experiencing double-digit growth, primarily in natural foods supermarkets. The new report includes detailed specialty tea category quantifications from report contributor SPINS, Inc. for chai, green, organic, yerba mate, and many other tea types and packaging formats sold through natural foods supermarkets and mass-market distribution channels. Mintel's Global New Products Database also contributed detailed quantifications of beverage and non-beverage consumer tea product introductions. For more information or to purchase the report, visit
