Tayto Park's day out for conservation.

TAYTO Park has announced new animal experiences to mark Annual Conservation Weekend.

The fourth event of its kind takes place this weekend with all proceeds going to the Park's conservation partners.

In a first for the Co Meath zoo, guests can meet meerkats, coatimundi and owls and even a special experience with the biggest cat in Tayto Park, the Amur Tiger.

Rangers will also host talks on Saturday about the endangered Amur Leopard and Amur Tiger, the new Fossa arrivals from Madagascar and birds of prey. A [euro]2 donation from every entry fee this weekend will go to the Tayto Park Conservation Fund.
