Taxter Corporate Park 93% full.

With six tenants signing for a total of approximately 53,500 square feet in new leases since January, Taxter Corporate Park, the Westchester County office complexes, is presently 93 percent leased.

Exclusive leasing agents Jerry Rhine and Sol Krevlin of Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc. report that the following leases have been negotiated in just the past four months: V-Band has renewed its lease for 20,500 square feet; Paging Network, a national telecommunications firm has taken approximately 13,391 square feet; D. H. Litter Co. has leased 7,170 square feet for its new headquarters in a relocation from New York. C. Itoh, the global Japanese trading firm, has leased 6,850 square feet; Fuji Film USA, which maintains its corporate headquarters at Taxter, has expanded an additional 4,350 square feet; and the Daniel Yankelovitch Group, a marketing research firm has taken a lease for 3,100 square feet.

Taxter Corporate Park is headquarters to a prestigious roster of international, national and local firms, including KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Fuji Photo Film USA (both of whom relocated from Manhattan), Royal Globe Insurance, Commercial Union, along with many other prestigious companies.
