Taxi office row.

A man has appeared in court charged with going on the rampage in a taxi office.

Terry Cotcher, 35, of Bodmin Close, Wallsend, is accused of damaging four taxis and making threats to kill at Silverline Cabs, Wallsend, in the early hours of Sunday morning. It is claimed he damaged the cars with a fire extinguisher.

He faces three charges of criminal damage and one of making threats to kill. Cotcher appeared at North Tyneside Magistrates Court on Monday and his case was adjourned until June 29.
