Tasty Baking Company.

Tasty Baking Company has announced that senior vice president and chief marketing officer Vince Melchiorre has resigned from the company. He will officially step down on May 12, 2006. Tasty Baking said Melchiorre would be joining another company but no further details were available. The company said it did not intend to replace Melchiorre at this time. His responsibilities will instead be assumed by current management including Robert Brown, vice president of route sales, Christopher Rahey, vice president of direct sales and senior marketing manager Jonathon Silvon. All three had worked closely with Melchiorre since joining Tasty Baking, the company said.
