Tango advert ditched over bully fears.
TV watchdogs have withdrawn the soft drink ad showing a group of ginger golfers gatecrashing a plump man's house and tormenting him.
They repeat every word he says through orange megaphones. The ad upset parents, teachers and the Anti-Bullying Campaign.
And after just 10 days on screen, the Independent Television Commission pulled the plug on it after 67 complaints.
A spokesman for the ITC said: "We feel very strongly about its portrayal of bullying and also we are concerned that it may result in copy-cat actions."
Britvic Soft Drinks marketing Director Andrew Marsden said: "We are extremely disappointed by this ruling. Tango is a fun brand.
"Most people have enjoyed this commercial and already over 40,000 people have phoned the Tango Megaphone hotline."
