Taking IT to the people at the top.

SENIOR executives and managers who feel they have missed the IT revolution could soon have their prayers answered by two Warwickshire businesswomen.

Dawn Ashford and Joanne Humber have put together an "IT for MDs" event which will help cover everything from understanding jargon to creating a spreadsheet.

Dawn, who runs Stratford-based professional IT and training solutions company Humber-Ashford Associates with Joanne, said: "It's still not uncommon to hear of senior people who may have the latest equipment but leave it switched off on their desk.

"Then there are the people who use their laptop as a place to put their coffee cup."

The course, which costs pounds 125, is taking place in Leamington at the Complete Learning offices, Jephson Court, Tancred Close.

It takes place next Thursday.
