TWO NEW MEMBERS ELECTED TO BG&E BOARD OF DIRECTORS BALTIMORE, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Dan A. Colussy and Michael D.
Sullivan have been elected to the board of directors of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (NYSE: BGE) effective Jan. 1, 1992, it was announced today.
Colussy is chairman, president and chief executive officer of UNC Incorporated. Sullivan is president and chief executive officer of Merry-Go-Round Enterprises, Inc. Colussy joined UNC (formerly United Nuclear Corporation) in 1985 after serving as president and chief executive officer of Canadian Pacific Airlines, Ltd., Canada's largest privately owned airline. A 1953 engineering graduate from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Colussy served on active duty form 1953 to 1956 as Shipboard Deck and Engineering Officer in the Western Pacific Service. He also holds a master's degree in business administration from Harvard University. A resident of Annapolis, Md., Colussy is a member of the President's Council-Chesapeake Bay Foundation and serves on the boards of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland, the Maryland Chamber of Commerce and the Maryland Economic Growth Associates. Sullivan, a resident of Phoenix, Md., joined Merry-Go-Round Enterprises in 1974 and served as executive vice president from 1978 to 1982. He has been president and chief executive officer since 1982. Sullivan is a graduate of Loyola University, Chicago. Sullivan is a trustee of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and the Greater Baltimore Medical Center. He serves on the board of governors of the National Aquarium and is a member of the board of directors of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, the National Retail Federation and the Bank Maryland Corporation. -0- 12/20/91 /CONTACT: Arthur J.
