 TWO DU PONT EMPLOYEES HONORED BY AMERICAN
 CHEMICAL SOCIETY'S DELAWARE SECTION
 WILMINGTON, Del., Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Two Du Pont (NYSE: DD) employees at the company's Experimental Station here will be honored tonight by the Delaware Section of the American Chemical Society.
 Carlos Vazquez will be given the Outstanding Technician Award, and Bruce Chase will receive the Delaware Section Award.
 Chase and Vazquez are both employees of Du Pont Central Research and Development. Vazquez, a research technician, was honored for his work in identifying a synthetic route for tetracyanobenzoquinone. Chase, who received his B.A. from Williams College and his Ph.D. in physical chemistry from Princeton University, joined Du Pont as a research chemist in 1975 and is a principal investigator in vibrational spectroscopy.
 Delaware Section Student Awards went to Michael J. Bower and Leo J. Kasehagen, both at the University of Delaware.
