 TWA NAMED SR. VICE PRESIDENT
 HOUSTON, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Warren L. Twa has been promoted


to senior vice president of Noble Drilling International Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Noble Drilling Corp. Twa will replace Larry P. Heidt who has resigned from the company effective Jan. 31, 1992.
 Twa has over 25 years of experience in various operational capacities in the drilling industry having served 13 of those years with Noble Drilling and its acquired subsidiaries. Twa's international assignments have included Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, and North and South America. He is a member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors, Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Petroleum Institute and American Association of Drilling Engineers.
 Noble Drilling Corp. is a major drilling contractor with a fleet of 25 offshore units and 62 land units, plus 17 labor contracts. The company currently has operations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Africa, the Middle East and the Far East. The company's outstanding common stock and $2.25 convertible exchangeable preferred stock are traded in the NASDAQ/NMS under the symbols NDCO and NDCOP, respectively.
