TVA AWARDS LARGEST PROTECTIVE COATINGS MAINTENANCE PROGRAM EVER TO WILLIAMS POWER CORP.

ATLANTA, Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Williams Power Corp., a division of Williams Service Group of Stone Mountain, Ga., has been selected by the Tennessee Valley Authority to perform an extensive Protective Coatings Program for all their hydro and fossil power plants.
The result of TVA's decision will be to create one of the largest engineered and programmed coatings initiatives ever contracted.
All efforts will be based upon the "Partnership Approach" to deliver the optimum return on coatings investment for TVA. Williams has a long history of successful experience in protective coatings work and a corporate philosophy consistent with TVA's own concept of partnering.
When TVA decided to out source this work, the decision was based on its focus on quality customer service and excellence in operations of its plants/facilities. It will rely on the experience, expertise and flexibility of Williams to implement and manage its Protective Coatings Program.
Williams Service Group companies also specialize in many other industrial construction and general maintenance services including:
