WHO WERE THE GREEKS? BBC2, 9pm At first glance, the answer to the question "Who Were the Greeks?" may seem blindingly obvious - they were people who came from Greece. However, that wouldn't really be enough to fill a two-part documentary, so classicist Dr Michael Scott is digging a little deeper. He finds that while we may think of the ancient Greeks as the people who left us an extraordinary legacy of democracy, architecture, art, philosophy and literature, there were parts of their culture that didn't quite fit in with that image.

HELP! I'M 16 BUT LOOK 60: EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE Channel 5, 9pm Zara Hartshorn from Rotherham is just 16 years old, but has a rare genetic condition that has left her skin loose and wrinkly, and as a result, she looks a lot older. Zara inherited the condition from her mum Tracey, who although 43, looks like a pensioner. Tracey was diagnosed as a child with lipodystrophy, and Zara suffers from the same. But while the illness causes aesthetic problems, potentially serious side effects include diabetes and blocked arteries which could lead to a risk of heart attacks and strokes. In this documentary, Tracey, Zara and sister Chloe (who doesn't have the condition) all travel to Texas to get cosmetic surgery advice, and chat with a specialist. The trip throws up plenty of surprises, as Dr Ersek agrees to give Zara a facelift, but the women also receive the news that their medical condition isn't what they initially thought - it is in fact a much rarer condition called cutis laxa HAPPY FAMILIES ITV, 9pm This week's show centres on dads. In Blackburn, we meet 31-year-old Kris Buck-Macfarlane. Over the past 12 months he has married Mel and taken on her four children, and now they have a baby of their own. As if that weren't enough of a shock to the system, eight months ago Kris lost his job, so Mel is now the sole breadwinner, while dad stays at home minding the family. Also featured is Kent father Keith Othen-Alexander. He and wife Carole have eight kids between them.
