 TURNER TO DEVELOP TENANT SPACE FOR CHICAGO TITLE AND TRUST CENTER
 NEW YORK, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The Special Projects Division of Turner Construction Company's Chicago territory has been selected by Chicago Title and Trust Company to construct 276,000 square feet of tenant space at the Chicago Title and Trust Center, according to an announcement made today by the Turner Corporation (AMEX: TUR). The $10 million project, including extensive communication and data facilities, conference rooms and library, involves close coordination of the base building construction.
 Chicago Title and Trust Center, 161 North Clark Street, Chicago, is a joint venture between the Linpro Company and subsidiaries of the Shell Pension Fund Foundation (Netherlands). The 1.2 million square-foot building is 30 percent leased and scheduled to open in mid-1992.
 "As a division of the nation's largest building contractor, we are pleased to have been selected to provide tenant construction services for the nation's largest family of title insurers," commented Donald R. Robideau, division manager for the Special Projects Division. "This project is one of the largest tenant interiors projects to be awarded in Chicago this year."
 Construction is already underway on the new offices designed by Horn + Associates; Chicago Title and Trust Company's consultant is Development Resources, Inc.
 Chicago's Special Projects division is currently working on projects which include Brookfield Zoo African Scenes; offices for Arthur Andersen & Co., AIA Chicago, Bear Stearns, Chicago Architecture Foundation and Skidmore Owings & Merrill; and work for St. Francis, Northwestern Memorial and Ingalls hospital.
 The Turner Corporation, through Turner Construction Company and other construction subsidiaries, is the nation's largest builder of commercial, hospital and healthcare, retail, institutional, government building and multi-unit housing projects. Operating through more than 35 offices, Turner has construction projects underway throughout the United States and abroad. During 1991, the Turner Corporation completed $2.7 billion of construction.
