TURKEY-LAW -Head of Ankara Bar Association Feyzioglu elected head of Black Sea Countries Bar Association.

ANKARA, Jul 18, 2011 (TUR) -- The President of the Ankara Bar Association, Metin Feyzioglu, has been elected the term president of the Black Sea Countries Bar Association (BCBA).

In a written statement released Monday, the Ankara Bar Association said that Feyzioglu was elected the President of the Black Sea Countries Bar Association at the 15th General Assembly meeting held in Ankara.

During the same meeting, Natalia Liubenova Tzenova from the Sofia Bar Association was elected the Vice-President while Mihai Tanasescu from the Bucharest Bar Association was elected the Secretary General.

The BCBA has 16 bar associations from 11 countries.

Feyzioglu will serve as the term president of BCBA for two years.

The BCBA was founded to promote relations between the regional bar associations.
