 TURKEY POINT UNIT 3 BROUGHT DOWN TO REPAIR MINOR PUMP LEAK
 Turkey Point power plant unit 3 is being temporarily removed from service today to repair a malfunctioning seal on a reactor coolant pump.
 The Florida Power & Light Company has sufficient power generation to meet anticipated electricity demand.
 As part of normal operating procedure involving nuclear power plants, government officials were notified of the outage.
 The Turkey Point unit is located approximately 25 miles southeast of Miami in Dade County, Fla.
