TSS LTD. REPORTS COMPLETION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

 PROVIDENCE, R.I., March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- TSS Ltd. (NASDAQ: TSSLD) announced today that it had completed a private offering of an aggregate $1,185,000 convertible secured promissory notes.
 TSS Ltd. provides marketing programs to retail chains and advertisers through its "The Savings Spot"(R) program, under which consumers obtain coupons and other promotional offers from a free- standing electronic coupon-dispensing terminal placed near the store entrance.
