TSS LTD. ANNOUNCES RELATIONSHIP WITH IBM CORPORATION

 PROVIDENCE, R.I., June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- TSS Ltd. (NASDAQ: TSSL), a developer and marketer of in-store promotional programs, announced today that it has completed several agreements with several operating units of IBM Corporation for the manufacture, lease financing, installation and servicing of TSS's electronic in-store couponing kiosks and a grant by TSS to IBM of certain rights to acquire TSS common stock.
 Michael Clark, president of TSS, said that under one of the agreements IBM will provide for the supply of up to 2,000 kiosks for TSS's The Savings Spot(R) marketing program under which consumers obtain coupons and other promotional offers from free-standing electronic coupon-dispensing kiosks placed near the entrance of retail stores.
 At the center of the TSS-IBM relationship is the IBM Kiosk Solutions group, a unit of IBM's Fireworks Partners(TM) whose stated mission is to foster relationships leading to the worldwide development and deployment of advanced multimedia applications and services for the commercial and consumer markets.
 Jack Uhlir, director of IBM Kiosk Solutions, said "The IBM-TSS relationships reflects our belief in the potential of kiosk applications to revolutionize in-store promotions."
 Mr. Clark said, "We are delighted that after extensive discussions, IBM has formed this relationship with TSS. An important company objective for TSS has been to focus our resources on marketing and sales. These agreements represent a major step in fulfilling that objective."
