This didn't. It was soothing to apply and absorbed quickly. It took a couple of weeks before I noticed my dark circles fading, but now I hardly have to reach for my concealer!
RATING: 9/10 Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack Turbo Boost Hydragel, PS12.50 (Boots) I TRIED using this in the day but it took a long time to absorb, so I swapped to night-time. After two weeks I started waking up to smoother and less puffy eyes, but the dark circles were still there. Really soothing to use but not effective enough for my stubborn circles. RATING: 6/10 Filorga Time Filler Eyes PS45 (www.filorga.com) I AM completely blown away by this cream. It not only faded my dark circles but my wrinkles started to look better too after a few weeks.
It is pricey but definitely worth the money when you get such good results. RATING: 9/10
