TRANSEASTERN MOVES TO NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., June 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Transeastern Properties of South Florida, Inc. -- one of Broward County's largest developers and builders -- has recently relocated to new corporate offices in the Coral Springs Financial Centre, at the corner of Sample Road and University Drive.
Created by P&H Interiors of Coral Springs, the design for the 4,000-square-foot headquarters includes a reception area, a conference room, a showroom sample library, executive offices, a workroom, a blueprint library, and an employee lounge, all located on the first floor of the landmark 10-story building.
"Our corporate growth has accelerated at a dramatic pace, and we are delighted to announce the move to larger headquarters," reported Arthur J. Falcone, president of Transeastern. "In addition to having a more centralized location in Coral Springs, our new executive offices provide our clients with a more expansive source of selections all under one roof," added Falcone.
All divisions of the developing/building firm are situated at the new address, including the residential, commercial and renovation subsidiaries.
With the move to new offices, clients have the convenience of finalizing the architectural elevations and all of the building specifications of their new home at one location.
Designed with a transitional approach, the new executive offices are highlighted with traditional mahogany custom furnishings. High ceilings, rich warm tones and an abundance of crown moldings were selected for Transeastern's new suites.
"We designed the corporate offices to represent many of the quality home features Transeastern incorporates into its residential offerings," reported Mariel Rubin, A.S.I.D., president of P&H Interiors, Inc.
"our goal was to capture the feeling of quality and architectural significance given to Transeastern's buyers. Quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and value are hallmarks of Transeastern products, and we wanted to make certain the company's standards in the construction field were represented in its own offices as well."
Double etched glass doors lead into Transeastern's reception room from the lobby of the building, where an ever-changing color display illuminates photographs of its current residential offerings in the South Florida market. A deep forest green marble floor is coupled with the warm rich tones of custom furniture selected for the reception room.
An expansive glass wall separates the reception room from the conference room, where comfortable black leather seating for 10 has been designed for elegance and function.
Twelve foot ceilings are positioned throughout the corporate headquarters, highlighted by mahogany crown moldings and chair rails. Custom furniture was designed for the firm's executives, and creative space planning systems were designed for the support personnel.
"During the last year, our company has expanded in scope as far as employees, developmental land projects and service to our clients," concluded Falcone. "With the move, we hope that our clients are as comfortable in our new offices as they are in their homes."
Transeastern Properties of South Florida, Inc. is currently offering single-family residences in Cypress Head, Cypress Cay and Meadow Run in Parkland; in Eagle Trace Country Club and the Arbors in Coral Springs; at Egret Landing and Edgewater at Weston; and at Cooper's Pointe in Cooper City.

Recipients of the Palm and Prism awards for excellence in the building industry, the firm will soon officially announce plans for a new community, Parkside at Spring Valley, a major offering in Pembroke Pines.
