 TRANS-INDUSTRIES REPORTS RESULTS FOR FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR END
 ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Trans-Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRNI), a leading manufacturer and marketer of electronics and plastics-based products for the transportation and commercial markets, today reported operating results for the fourth quarter and for the year of 1991.
 For the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 1991, the company had a net loss of $607,645. For the same period of the prior year, the company reported a net loss of $134,556. Earnings per share for the fourth quarter were $.22 loss and $.05 loss for 1991 and 1990, respectively.
 For the year ended Dec. 31, 1991, there was a net loss of $1,242,048 or $.44 a share on sales of $23,862,157. Figures for the comparable period in 1990 were net income of $16,954 or $.01 a share on sales of $29,644,570.
