 ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Trans-Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRNI), a leading manufacturer and marketer of electronics and plastics-based products for the transportation and commercial markets, today reported operating results for the first quarter of 1992.
 The company realized a net profit of $11,402 on sales of $6,145,128. For the same period of the prior year, the company reported sales of $6,055,721 and a net loss of $329,899. Earnings per share for the first quarter were $.00 compared with earnings of ($.12) for the same period last year.
