TRADITIONAL PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES AFFILIATION WITH BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS AND GRUBB & ELLIS RESIDENTIAL SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA NETWORK
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., July 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Daisy Burlingame, owner and broker of Traditional Properties, and Allen Sabbag, president of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Service, announced that Traditional Properties will join forces with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Service to further strengthen the residential real estate services offered in the Inland Empire. This move is part of the Area Development Alliance business strategy involving the Grubb & Ellis/Better Homes and Gardens residential division and the Better Homes and Gardens national network in the development of a Southern California regional network.
"We're extremely excited about the opportunity to further address the growing needs of the Inland Empire - Rancho Cucamonga market, the changes in our economy and the needs of our clients," said Burlingame. "We feel we need a more aggressive approach, more advertising and the affiliation of a strong company with financial security such as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate which is an operating group of the Meredith Corp., a Fortune 500 diversified media company. The decision to accept the Better Homes and Gardens invitation to become part of the national network will enable us to better meet the needs of our sales associates and focus on the needs of the American family."
Traditional Properties/Better Homes and Gardens, together with Grubb & Ellis/Better Homes and Gardens, will become part of the growing Southern California regional network. The move will allow the company to capitalize on the franchising and marketing expertise offered by Better Homes and Gardens. As a result of this new affiliation, both independent and previously affiliated real estate operations in the Inland Empire will have the opportunity to become members of the Southern California regional network.
Burlingame added, "I am very excited about the opportunity to contact other brokers in complimentary markets throughout the Inland Empire, and to potentially join forces locally to strengthen the region."
The move will also provide Traditional Properties the opportunity to offer an unparalleled package of products and services by combining the expertise of Grubb & Ellis/Better Homes and Gardens and Better Homes and Gardens nationally. Services will include: agent training, recruitment assistance, business management, relocation assistance, advertising and marketing support.
"Today, real estate consumers expect more comprehensive services from their agents," said Sabbag. "The combination of services now available to Traditional Properties enhances the firm's ability to provide superior customer service."
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Service was formed in 1978 as an extension of Better Homes and Gardens magazine, and is one of the nation's largest real estate networks with nearly 1,300 offices and locations and more than 22,000 licensed sales associates.
In business since 1982, Traditional Properties has been a major leader and award winner in the Inland Empire, leading the way in real estate sales and listings. The firm will remain locally owned and operated, situated on Route 66 at Foothill and Hellman.
