TPMA (Teleperformance Midi Aquitaine), a subsidiary of Teleperformance, a French contact centre outsource provider, has agreed a three year extension to its contract across with Infinity CCS (ICCS), a provider of contact centre software.
ICCS reportedly supplies 350 seats of its contact centre software, Infinity, across three separate sites in Bordeaux, Toulouse and Rennes, France, delivering a 'unified desktop' to over 3000 agents.
According to the company, following a bench-mark pilot which saw performance improve by 20%, TPMA, which handles both inbound and outbound campaigns, has placed an additional order for the latest predictive dialling module to support the outbound operations.
TPMA is using Infinity v3.6, which includes: an agent desktop scripting environment; unified desktop; CTI, predictive dialing and call recording; reporting and administration tools; a complete contact management environment; thin-client architecture for running projects simultaneously across locations or countries; as well as integration provided through Microsoft .NET web services, the company claims.
No financial details were disclosed.
