TOYOTA SELECTS COUNCIL OF BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS TO ADMINISTER NATIONAL ARBITRATION PROGRAM

 TORRANCE, Calif., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB) will administer Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A.'s national arbitration program in 49 U.S. states, the company announced today.
 On Jan. 1, 1994, Toyota began offering "BBB AUTO LINE" arbitration to its customers who have unresolved warranty disputes. CBBB, which is well-known nationally for its quality third-party arbitration program, formed BBB AUTO LINE in 1982.
 Previously, the American Automobile Association (AAA) provided similar arbitration services for Toyota through AUTOSOLVE. AAA recently announced that AUTOSOLVE would be discontinued.
