TOYOTA'S JACKSONVILLE-AREA RETAIL SALES CLIMB IN NOVEMBER

 MIAMI, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Toyota's four Jacksonville-area dealers report a 3 percent gain in car sales and a 12 percent hike in truck sales in November over the same month last year.
 In Southeast Toyota's five-state region, retail car sales in November climbed 13 percent over the year-ago month, producing Southeast Toyota's best November on record for retail car sales. Retail truck sales in November advanced 35 percent over the same month last year.
 Nationwide, retail car sales increased 5 percent in November over the same month last year while retail truck sales climbed 16 percent over November 1992.
 Southeast Toyota President Pat Moran cited the popularity of the all- new Celica and the affordability of Toyota's short-term lease program as reasons for the escalating sales.
