TORNADO VICTIMS TO RECEIVE FREE EYEWEAR FROM TRANSITIONS AND VISIONWORKS
 PINELLAS PARK, Fla., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Victims of the recent tornado which devastated sections of Pinellas Park can have eyewear either lost or damaged in the storm replaced for free by two local eyecare companies.
 From now through Oct. 31, Transitions Optical, Inc., a Pinellas Park-based manufacturer of prescription lenses, and four local Visionworks locations will provide free frames and Transitions(R) Comfort Lenses to Pinellas Park residents affected by the tornado.
 Any Pinellas Park resident whose eyewear was lost or damaged as a result of the tornado and will not be replaced by insurance, should bring their prescription to one of the Visionworks locations at:

 Headquartered in Pinellas Park, Transitions Optical, Inc. manufactures lightweight prescription lenses with a tint which adjusts to sunlight, under the brand name Transitions Comfort Lenses.
 Visionworks, which is a division of the Jack Eckerd Corporation and headquartered in Clearwater, is a chain of 48 super optical stores with locations throughout Florida as well as North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland and Virginia.
