 TOP SOURCE REVENUES SURGE
NEW YORK, May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Stuart Landow, chairman of Top

Source, Inc. (AMEX: TPS.EC), announced that its first quarter 1992 revenues were nearly three times greater than first quarter 1991. The company had revenues of $760,523 in the quarter just ended, compared with revenues of $266,109 in first quarter 1991.
Approximately two-thirds of the company's revenues were from sales of the overhead sound system to Chrysler Corporation for both factory and dealership-installed units in Jeep Wranglers. The company expects to ship overhead sound systems for the Jeep Cherokee by May 30, 1992.
The remaining revenue came from its Parts Marketing Division sales of other products sold to Chrysler International, Ford, and General Motors, and from an engineering project on Top Source's ARC safety seat technology for a Detroit automaker.
"We're pleased to see this initial revenue from our seat technology," Landow said, "and that all three Detroit automakers are now our customers."
The company reported a loss from operations of $510,113 for the 1992 first quarter, compared with a loss of $467,214 in the quarter ending March 31, 1991.
"Our operating loss this past quarter reflects our decision to expand our Detroit facility, staff, and operations to support our anticipated rise in revenue," said Landow. Landow said the company has invested in hiring several top management people and fielded a national sales force.
Top Source, Inc. develops and markets technologies, parts, and services for the transportation industries.
